Colwin is a technology leader with deep expertise in Cloud and DevOps. He brings over 15 years of work experience across technology stacks.
Before joining Crest Data, Colwin was a co-Founder and held the office of the CTO at Opcito Technologies.
At Opcito Colwin led the engineering team and helped them deliver cloud scale bespoke DevOps solutions primarily leveraging Kubernetes and Containers.
Under his leadership Opcito was listed as one of India’s best places to work by GTPW. Colwin holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Goa University and several certifications around Kubernetes and Amazon’s AWS Cloud.
Vance leads the Business Development and Security Ecosystem at Crest Data Systems. He brings over 20 years of experience in creating technology solutions in the security industry.
Prior to joining Crest Data Systems, Vance was a product manager at Armis where he was responsible for technical alliances and integrations.
Before Armis, Vance was the product manager at Nozomi Networks responsible for protocols, integrations, and hardware. Vance holds a Bachelors degree in Physics and a Masters degree in Computer Science
Kushal Shah leads the IT Operations and Cybersecurity at Crest Data Systems. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in building robust IT Infrastructure On-premise and Cloud, Tech refresh, Management of Enterprise devices, Managed IT Services, Compliances such as ISO 27001 and SOC2, Budgeting, and Capacity planning.
As the Director of IT, he plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s technological infrastructure is efficient, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Prior to joining Crest Data Systems, Kushal worked with two of the Fortune 500 organizations such as ADP and Accenture. Kushal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication
Devanshi Raichura is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 12 years of comprehensive experience across various industries. As the Director of HR at Crest Data Systems, she leads the HR and Administration operations.
Before Crest, she held leadership positions focused on People Support and acted as a Culture Champion, where she played a pivotal role in spearheading cultural initiatives and enhancing employee engagement and experiences.
She holds an MBA graduate from Nirma University and has furthered her expertise with an Executive Education Program Certificate in International Operations Development from IIM-A, alongside being a Certified Storyteller.
Nirav Thakkar brings over 22 years of leadership experience in Finance. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Crest Data Systems, Nirav is responsible for overseeing and directing all financial operations for both domestic and international business units.
He holds an M.Com, C.A, Diploma in Foreign Exchange Risk Management, and is a D&B Certified IFRS Professional.
Prior to Crest, Nirav has held leadership roles across multiple organizations, leading functions such as domestic and international finance & taxation, legal and commercial, procurement, project delivery and revenue assurance. He has demonstrated success in building and growing businesses, such as a tech startup in video analytics.
Neha is a technology leader in product innovation and operational excellence. She brings over 20 years of international work experience in Networking, Security, and Data Analytics.
Prior to co-founding Crest Data Systems, Neha led the engineering operations team for Qmetry product-line.
Prior to Qmetry, she held several engineering leadership positions at Cisco where she was responsible for delivering large cross-functional projects in Layer 2/3 switching, security, and telemetry/analytics that were responsible for bringing multi-billion-dollar revenue for Cisco’s Catalyst series Enterprise Switches.
Neha holds a bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University and a Master’s degree in Computer Networking from North Carolina State University.
She has received several engineering awards including Cisco’s Pioneer award and holds a patent in networking security.
Malhar brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Enterprise Technology. As a co-founder and CEO of Crest Data Systems, he is leading the strategy and its evolution as a leading Enterprise solutions provider in Data Analytics, Security, DevOps and Cloud.
Prior to founding Crest, Malhar held leadership roles in product management at Cisco’s Insieme Business Unit (acquired by Cisco in 2013) and Nuova Business Unit (acquired by Cisco in 2008) where he led the growth of Cisco’s Data Center Switching business from inception to an annualized revenue of over $1.5B.
Prior to this, he held various engineering and product management positions at Force10 and at Cisco’s flagship Catalyst 6500 product-line.
Malhar holds a bachelor’s engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat University and a Master’s degree in Computer Networking from North Carolina State University.
